Born and bred in the ‘Friendly City’, Port Elizabeth, Michelle Moodaley (CEO and founding member) ensures that NALITHUBA provides a personal and professional service in the delivery of Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET), Learnerships, Skills Programmes, Life Skills and customized training materials.

Michelle left the teaching profession to pursue her passion, Human Resource Development. She has a BA Ed with specialization in secondary education from the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University - NMMU), an Honours degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from the NMMU, and she is currently pursuing a Research Masters degree in Human Resources at the same university.

Her areas of special interest include coaching, advanced organizational psychology and marketing.  She shares this knowledge through volunteering as a mentor for the Business Women’s Association (BWA) Virtual Boards Programme that seeks to develop and empower women in business. She is also a member of the BWA and the Services Sector Marketers Association (SSMA).
