Michelle Moodaley Michelle left the teaching profession to pursue her passion, Human Resource Development. She has a BA Ed with specialization in secondary education from the University of Port Elizabeth (now Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University - NMMU), an Honours degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources from the NMMU, and she is currently pursuing a Research Masters degree in Human Resources at the same university. Her areas of special interest include coaching, advanced organizational psychology and marketing. She shares this knowledge through volunteering as a mentor for the Business Women’s Association (BWA) Virtual Boards Programme that seeks to develop and empower women in business. She is also a member of the BWA and the Services Sector Marketers Association (SSMA). |
